Pastel Pink Power Suit

Blazer: c/o RW&CO | Pants: c/o RW&CO | Blouse: Express {old, similar} | Shoes: Louboutins {Designer Dupe} | Sunglasses: Quay | Purse: Prada {Designer Dupe} | Scarf: c/o RW&CO
Today marks the start of the first full work week since vacation. It’s always hard getting back into the groove of things but a Grande Misto and lunch plans always make it easier to get through the day. This pink suit doesn’t hurt either ;) A stretchable linen fabric from RW&CO, I adore the shade and the wide leg pant style. True – this isn’t my uniform on a day to day basis at the office but I do think a chic pantsuit can make for the perfect #OOTN at a cocktail party or work soiree. Think pink for your next event!

Keep Me Warm

Ear Muffs: c/o RW&CO | Sweater: c/o RW&CO | Shirt: Gap {Old, similar} | Jeans: J Brand | Shoes: c/o Pour La Victoire {loving these} | Scarf: c/o RW&CO | Bag: Givenchy {similar} | Sunglasses: Karen Walker
With consistent sub-zero temperatures in the forecast, keeping cozy but chic gets harder and harder as the days pass. Layering button up shirts under cozy sweaters is crucial (perhaps even adding a thin cami under for an extra layer of warmth) to surviving the cold. And of course – cute accessories don’t hurt either ;) Never shying away from adorable layers, textures and colours – RW&CO has an amazing assortment of sweaters, coats, cold weather accessories and more to help you combat the cool in style ;)

Duster

Because if you’re going to freeze your tush off and prance around in the woods, you may as well do it in a cute coat, right?! Coats are a true investment and with most girls acquiring one, perhaps two, coats a season, you really have to opt for a style or colour that’s going to work with as many outfit choices as possible. And in honour of a great colour, style and price point – my vote is for this duster coat from, RW&CO. I love the oatmeal colour, the oversized collar and its ability to be dressed up or down. Hop on over to their website to see this style and more

Suit Up

Getting to layer your clothes is probably my favourite factor of fall. Ornate details such as this sweater don’t go unnoticed under a large coat and additionally, topper coats or jackets can add some extra pizzaz to an outfit. The new suiting department at RW&CO has some amazing options for layering your work basics this fall season. Whether dresses, skirts or trousers are your thing – their mix and match scheme makes it easy to incorporate different trends and styles into your wardrobe.

Breton

Hat: Lack of Color | Sunglasses: Karen Walker | Striped Tee: c/o RW&CO | Skirt: c/o RW&CO | Necklace: c/o RW&CO | Shoes: Soludos | Bag: GiGi New York

A striped breton tee just screams spring to me. Add in a scoop back and you’ve definitely got me hooked ;) Hailing from the new spring collection at RW&CO, this top is simple but adorable. With a few trips planned in the upcoming weeks, I love the idea of it paired with this crepe skirt or even with skinny jeans and a light trench coat. Sweater Weather with RW&CO

Coat: Zara {old, similar} | Sweater: c/o RW & CO {similar} | Shirt: c/o RW & CO | Jeans: Rag & Bone | Shoes: Zara {old, similar} | Sunglasses: Celine {similar} | Bag: Alexander Wang | Watch: c/o Daniel Wellington

A Canadian tuxedo all too quickly evolves from denim on denim to chunky turtlenecks and layers upon layers of clothing to boot. This color-block sweater from RW&CO is a great stand out item in an otherwise montonous combo. I sized up to a small in order to leave room for additional layers (I’ve got a chambray shirt and tank top beneath the sweater) ;) There’s an extra 50% off sale styles right now (including this sweater) so hop to it!

Ready For It

Jacket: c/o RW & CO | Sunglasses: Karen Walker | Scarf: Pull & Bear {similar} | Turtleneck: Banana Republic {old, similar} | Necklace: Julie Vos | Jeans: One Teaspoon | Shoes: Nine West {old, similar} | Watch: The Horse | Bag: Alexander Wang

Cozy and stylish rarely go hand in hand when it comes to fashion built for a Canadian winter. When RW&CO reached out and asked if I’d be interested in giving their parka a spin for the season, I figured it was worth a shot! I’ll be honest, I didn’t think this coat would see the light of day so soon but with single digit temperatures most mornings this week, it was definitely a must!

I love that the faux-fur trimmed hood and lining is detachable so when spring hits (yes, I’m counting down the days already), I’ll be able to get a bit more mileage out of the coat. In the meantime, I think I’m ready to tackle the sleet, snow and negative temps in this cute and functional coat for winter!

Suit Seperates

Blazer: c/o RW&CO | Blouse: c/o RW&CO | Skirt: c/o RW&CO | Shoes: Zara {old, similar} | Watch: c/o Cluse | Sunglasses: Karen Walker | Bag: Saint Laurent

While office attire at our agency is typically more casually focused M-F, there are certainly times when business formal clothing is required. Whether it’s a meeting with one of our clients, their partners or a lunch date, suit separates can often come in handy for the modern office gal.

I’ll be honest, after working in the marketing/PR industry for over 8 years, I never have owned a coordinating jacket/skirt suit. I’ve always mixed and matched pieces to showcase my personality in what often seems like a sea of black pieces. Here’s my personal take on the modern suit with RW&CO for the fall season.

Day to Night

Sunglasses: Prada | Blazer Vest: c/o RW&CO. | Tank: c/o RW&CO. | Gold Necklace: c/o RW&CO. | Leggings: c/o RW&CO. | Shoes: Zara {old, similar} | Bag: Chanel | Cuff: Julie Vos | Rings: asos {similar} | Watch: Daniel Wellington

Friday wear around the office can be tricky. I often find myself watching the clock down to 5pm so I can dash out the door and head into the city to meet hubby for a cocktail before dinner reservations.

This typically means that donning the typical casual Friday gear (jeans, a tee and sneakers!) isn’t always an option when there’s dinner date to follow. I love this outfit which works great in creating more of a casual vibe for Friday around work (especially if you’re in a super corporate setting Monday to Thursday) but also fits in just great with a downtown vibe for date night.
