Girly girl at heart with your tried, tested and true colours and styles? Me too ;) Now that the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has gone public, I’m sharing the ultimate girly guide to all things pink, spotted and blush tones for the fall. This blush Eliza J trench for example has got my googly eyed for fall wanting to pair it with a striped tee and distressed jeans or with a bow tie blouse and black ponte pants for work.

Fresh off the plane and ready to hit the ground running, Adam and I visited Mission Hill Winery for dinner on our first night in Kelowna. The rose gardens on the property are out of this world, and don’t get me started on the wine and dinner ;) I definitely recommend a visit if you’re in the area! And for the perfect date night look, this dress takes the cake. I love how easy it packs (I pulled this out of my carry-on wrinkle-free!) and effortless goes from day to night.

I don’t think pictures get any more ‘New York’ than this. While visiting NYC last week, there was a burst of warm weather that made for the perfect afternoon of strolling around town including Washington Square Park. I was unsure when I packed this dress for my trip whether I’d get the chance to wear it or not but was oh so thankful the weather played along.

A self-proclaimed girly girl at heart, I don’t think a whole lot can top a blue and white stripe shirtdress that’s perfect for the spring weather. Oh wait – add pockets! Even better ;) The spring dress lineup from Nordstrom is absolutely killing it right now – including this dress. I mean this little number for under $100 – amazing! Sharing a final look from our trip to Saint Maarten on the blog this morning :( Just staring at this gingham dress has me frowning as I’m sitting by the fireplace with a cup of tea in hand. Spring can’t come soon enough!

We had such an amazing time thanks to the team at Expedia, and I have to say, I nearly shed a tear having to board the plane back to Toronto – which honestly never happens.
