Have you ever seen a cuter dress? Me thinks not. I saw this little number on my sis and HAD to have it. I adore that it acts as a 2 in 1: you can wear it as a dress with tights or boots or wear it open as a jacket. There’s a velvet bow that’s hard to make out around the neck that is just darling!
