Frills on Frills

I am just obsessed with the ruffles on this dress. I feel like post-Covid everyone is dressing so much more streamlined and casual but I am here to bring back the drama, the ruffles and all of the things. This recyclable material was tricky for me to wrap my head around at first (I ironed it, steamed it and then ironed it again lol) but after perusing images on the site, realized that this is just the vibe of the material and to let it go (something that is not easy for me!).
