Lakeside Hangs

Nothing beats escaping the city to our family cottage in Muskoka for a weekend or week getaway. If you follow along on stories, I shared that my parents decided to renovate the space late spring so we had a brief chance to visit last weekend and check up on all the progress that had been made. We’re about 80% done which means we’ll be spending more time up North throughout August and September – yay!

I packed some staple items for a day spent dockside. My bathing suit is an old favourite but I scored this pareo on Etsy and adore it. I’ll use it as a wrap, top or even light scarf at night. It’s also perfect for chilly boat rides!

There’s nothing more annoying than bathing suit shopping in my books but after much trial and error, I recently grabbed this top and bottom as well as this one-piece ahead of our net visit.
