Nordstrom Anniversary Sale: Early Access

Yes, you’ve heard/read/viewed it by now but incase you hadn’t heard, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is here. While there’s pages upon pages to comb through, I thought I’d share my personal favourites with you guys all under the theme of buy now, wear later. I’m all for stretching your dollar and with needing items that work for the office, weekend errands or dates out with the hubby or your girlfriends – showing you how to spin these from summer to fall in a cinch! 

Remember, Nordstrom cardholders are the only ones who can access the sale at this time but on July 20th, the sale will open to the public so be sure to snatch your favs while they’re still in stock :)

1. Via Spiga Trench Coat: One of those must-have’s in your closet and the perfect length for a skirt or pantsuit or to pair with distressed jeans and sneakers for weekend brunch. 

2. J. Crew Merino Sweater Blazer: Sweater blazers are totally my jam! I’ll often keep one at my desk in the office for summer days when the AC is blasting or heading into cooler months over a fitted tee and ponte pants for an office appropriate look. 

3. Charles David Pom Pom Fur Pumps: I wore this super similar pair to death last season. They’re so chic with dress pants and can spruce up even the most dull LDB. 

4. Monica Vinader Bracelet: I love this bracelet solo or stacked with other favourites for a bohemian inspired look. 

5. DVF Lace Pencil Skirt: Who doesn’t love a punchy skirt? I’d wear this now with a white tee and nude kitten heels but swap out for a chambray blouse and maroon coloured pumps when the temperatures drop in the fall. 

6. J. Crew Tipped Pajama Shirt: I’m OBSESSED with this shirt! Paired with a fun skirt or white dress pants now and then dark boyfriend jeans or high-rise distressed jeans for fall with a red blazer and you’ve got one sleek look!

7. Quay Needing Fame Sunglasses: I think most girls own about 2-3 pairs of Quay sunglasses in their collection and it’s no surprise: they’re reasonably priced, well built and the shapes are so flattering. Loving this pink pair!

8. CeCe Scallop Dress: Such a darling number! I’d punch these up with bright pink pumps for the summer months and then opt for black tights and ankle booties in fall to transition it to the next season. 

9. Blank NYC Jeans: I love me some Blank NYC jeans. I find they’re a perfect fit for us curvier girls and this distressed pair is no exception!

10. NARS Angel Pride Cheek Palette: Even with a golden glow, I’ll opt for a quick swipe of blush in the morning and NARS is one of the best out there!

11. Kate Spade Loafer Mule: Pink suede and embellishment – does it get any better?! This slide on pair is one of those pairs that will do double duty at the office and on weekends – so chic! 

12. Tie Front Pullover: You’re going to see this style of sweater everywhere for fall so why not get your head start now?!

13. Hinge Ruffle Dress: I love this paired with dainty gold jewelry and slides for summer but throw on a pair of dark skinny jeans and booties for a more bohemian inspired look for fall. 

14. Rebecca Minkoff Metallic Crossbody: Always a fan of this brand, this metallic inspired crossbody design is perfect for your summer maxi dresses and will look awesome slung across a red blazer for fall (the it colour!). 

15. Soft Ruffle Jacket: With all things Victorian inspired taking the lead for next season’s trend, I’m loving this blazer. Pair it now with white denim and nude slides and opt for black skinny work pants or a pencil skirt for the office. 

16. Bobbi Brown Lips Kit: The Art Stick Liquid Lip is a fantastic product if you haven’t already tried and I’m loving this nudish-pink hue for a perfect day-to-day look
