Sephora VIB Sale: Favs!

I don’t think there’s anything more exciting than a good beauty sale. The 20% off VIB Beauty sale has finally hit at Sephora and it’s officially time to get your shop on. I’m looking forward to splurging on items I’ve had my sights set on like this Bobbi Brown shimmer palette or this Too Faced Mascara.
But I also plan to do some restocking. It’s rare I chat beauty on the blog (because I feel like I’m no expert), but here are some of my go-to favs. Remember to score your 20% off with code, 20VIB!
Armani Maestro Foundation: The raves and reviews are true – this foundation is awesome sauce. Medium coverage and an oil base, make it easy to apply and a little goes a long way. I actually love mixing this with the Charlotte Tillbury Wonder Glow or an extra oomph if my skin needs a pick-me-up.
Dior Nude Illuminizer: I love that fresh faced, dewy look and a swipe of this illuminizer achieves that effect perfectly.
L’ancome Eyelash Primer: A victim of post-eyelash extension lengths, this primer is my go-to to get the extra mile out of my lashes. I then top it off with the Smashbox X-Rated mascara for a dramatic lengthening effect. For extra drama, I love this miniature sized Marc Jacobs mascara for bottom lashes.
Kat Von D Concealer: I’d like to think I’m a bit of an expert on concealer. Working a 40+ work week, managing the blog, keeping the house somewhat together, family time oh and me time can wear me down and it definitely shows when it’s been a rough week. I think I’ve probably tested every concealer out there and have to say the Kat Von D brand, is one of my favourites out there. It’s creamy, applies easily and doesn’t seem to crack after a long day like other brands. I like to set mine with this Laura Mercier Brightening Powder for an extra oomph! As for application, I love the Sephora Pro Airbrush brush for this product ;)
Stila Liquid Eyeliner: My sis introduced me to this eyeliner and about 8 tubes later, I’ve yet to find another liner that can compete. The pigment is great and application is a breeze.
Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette: I too am a sucker for these palettes but have only ever repurchased this specific one twice. I’m a fan of the 5 shades to the left of the palette (post 30 I still haven’t nailed the smokey eye) but hey, there’s still time!
All Things Hair: One of the most frequent questions I get is about my hair. This wand from Amika is my go-to in the 1.25″. I set it with their texturizing spray for beach-like waves and will use the Dry Shampoo on days 2-3 for a bit more volume. Best part? Their hair products smell AMAZING!
