When temps hit below 0 and you’re bundled up to your neck in clothing what can you do to stand out? The answer is simple: rhinestones. Layering up on your necklaces certainly isn’t new but I’ve certainly got into the habit as of late. I had so much fun mixing this combo from Accessory Mercado.
