As much as I’d like to call myself frugal, there are definitely purchases I make from time to time that are ‘questionable’ in their justification. Despite these minor ‘must have moments’, I am always sure to never lose sight of something my father always instilled in me at a young age: budgeting! I was often reminded, if you don’t have the cash for it, then you shouldn’t be buying it. Thankfully those words still ring loud and clear as an adult but I must admit, it can be difficult at times to walk away from an item which may be ‘out of reach’ at the moment.
