In case you hadn’t heard, the weather in Toronto has been in and around -40 degrees this week. Yes, you read that right. This week we’ve been challenged to wear layers upon layers and trying to make that look chic? Toughie! I did however, find some solace in this adorable jacket from Flourish Boutique.
